I'm about to make my move, I'm iching to get....

Back in the gym, last time I was in the gym seriously was July of 08.
I had 2 screws put in my foot, in august 08, couldn't really train,
And torn labrum and bicep in Nov 08.  Surgery in February 09
has almost completely healed.  I'm doing sets with dumbells at home.
I put onn 30lbs due to inactivity, and I'm kind of self concious bout that
there beer belly.  Anyhow, after 6+ months of forced layoff, I have
never been so motivated to get back in there.  Plus, the atrophy
on my left side is getting better just with dumbells.  When my bicep tore,
I no longer had a bicep, it was staight (no upper arm muscle tone,size)
The nerve damage is gone I believe due to vitamin b complex injections
I would give myself once a week.
Most are all show no go!

Good luck, that's a damn nasty injury. You'll drop the 30 lbs. pretty quick though. I had blown my knee out a couple years ago and had the same situation. The body has a really good internal memory...you just need to get back in and hit it.

Thanks, thats what I need to hear.  I agree.  Being injured sucks.
