tech wizards i need your help

can sumone make a gif for me that changes after about 5 seconds after loading.

the first pic i want to be summat nnocent like a crowd shot or an interestong scene that ppl will stare at.

then can it change to summat disgusting or porn related so ppl freak out and dont browse forums at work. thanks
