here is alittle trick to get something close to that vascularity
at night, take a warm/hot bath. Put some epsom salt and, I think, grapefruit juice in the tub as well.
soak for a bit.
then put on a sauna suit and go to bed with it on
wake up
and voila
oh, and your BF% should be below like 5 percent as well for this to work
