he is in great shape no denying,but at 6'3 they are lean and vascular yes but to be true legs with leaness and size your talking at that height weighing at least 220/230 and that is being generous.it's not like there overpowering his upper body,he should be big as in 240 plus,if he is taking then his genetics are of ecto/meso and he holds back in terms of eating to stay lean,if he's clean then he is tapped out size wise genetically.i'd say if he is using why not push the size up a bit to 195 to 200 at his height and still model.
