I am sure there are a LOT OF GENIUSES on this board (eh hem) so please be so kind and crack this code which even the CIA can't...you have the rest of your lives to do it...but you must report back the SECRET MESSAGE

a thing I like to do all the time.
Most of the time I don't, but
sometimes I just get sarcastic.
One really should
not spend too much trying to break these codes for these 3 reasons:
1.  They take too much time.
2.  They can make your head hurt.
3.  Only real experts can break them.
I really think you should leave it to the experts.
Seriously, if you
remember correctly
everyone on this board
at one time or another has been
ludicrously accused of being a
