Question for gh15

my elbows have been hurting a lot latelly when doing chest, triceps

the pain is constant while im working out, stavios told me to warm up propperly, which i used for a while, but then the pain got more intence day by day. today it was hell training chest... so what can i do, i used small weights, but my elbows still hurt.

please help me! hahaha it hurts way too much!

you just have to train around the exercises that hurt the most,stop training or doing those certain exercises,do other exercises instead,if you keep irritating ,itll just get worse and never be the same.Dont stop training,,just do the exercises that dont irritate.peace
