without seeing your body i am sure it's not anything decent!!.. you want to avoid any pain and as it's known "no pain no gain"..

i bet your still preparing all your rice chicken broccoli meals the evening before and conserving them in tupperwear containers to live just like the pros!! haha.
I actually began to grow when i wasnt that obsessed with bodybuilding "lifestyle" anymore. workouts were simple short but heavy.
and you dont have to go to pain to not get any gain. just make sure you go heavy with ok technique.
