yes ofcourse. it hurts but i do it anyway.

sometimes when it hurts to much i'll  do legpresses instead and higher reps with lighter weights..

I just do lighter weights and focus on high volume and very strict form.
I've found that strengthening hamstrings help a lot.

I also do a lot of cycling with the setting on max for about 20 minutes.

Thank you! I sometimes have burning pain in my knees after weight training, and always after running :-\

I do, have it all taken out.

I go running, and squat like before. It's important to train your muscles hard, but be aware not to overwork it.

Sounds rough, DK - can you get any cartilage transplant, assuming there is such a thing?

You get used to it. I have the crucial ligaments of the right knee ripped.

I have heard only bad things about the transplant, i believe in the bodies self-healing abilities. So far, i only have little problems and regarding my athletic performance i do perform far better than untrained people with healthy knees.

Maybe in 20 or 30 years i will think about a transplant, if everything stays alright until then.
