have to agree with Quaker on this one...even if he was natural at 21 the bench claim would be bollocks...the squat is a possibility though but I seriously doubt it at 17 but then again what was the form like...

Or about natural status.  ::) I just can't believe that somebody from the "industry" could lie.

he is full of SHIT, anyway theres no point benching more than 315 for reps if you are natural, anymore = egos and injury.

btw, he talks like hes a bad ass, it's funny to hear that from a guy who is probably 180lbs soaking wet now since he come off the high dosages.

pretty silly statement there.  depends on the person, their size, joint strength, tendon strength, etc.

someone like ronnie coleman, who used 315 for behind the neck presses with ease, needs a little more than a warmup with 315 to get his chest a good workout.
he did 315 for FRONT presses not behind necks.

Ronnie is juiced to the gills, anything he does is completly irrelevant for natural.

Bottom line is, your chest is not going to get noticibly bigger once you are already benching 315 for 10 solid reps, so you might aswell stick to that and not increase because the injury risk is great no matter what your genetics are.

I would bet those numbers are probably true...However his natural status at 17 was most likely BShit... A 440 bench at 17 Naturally would equate easily to a 600 pound bench 5 years later juiced to the gills...And this douche bag would get crushed in the gym with 4 plates on the bench...Which is why he rarely benched in front of people...And he was a well known pussy when it came to leg training...Sure he would scream and yell and do his Kamali like 1/4 reps on the leg press with 2000 pounds loaded on the machine but he was basically a joke when it came to leg training...Fact is he was the type of guy who would train a body part based on WHO was in the gym...And when there were people he wanted to impress in the gym at the time, he would train either arms or back...Some guys have said that they seen this asshole train biceps 4 to 5 times a week because a certain girl was in the gym....

Mike Quinn was a fucking Bully who rarely had to fight and when he did have to throw down, he had a posse' of douchebags to fight for him...This fool would last a week in the club seen today with every Tom/Dick and Harry learning MMA from Spike TV...

Quinn Sucks and has always Sucked...
