Thats whats called a power spotter :-\

Looks like the TWO spotters doing most of the 1/2 reps.  Not impressed.

hahaha, look at this guy haha.

Let's make a bet, I pay you 1000$ if you do 6 reps with the 200 pounds dumbells with the help of a spotter. Your not impressed at all so Im guessing its easy right?
Im sure your gym doesn't even have guys that could lift the 200 pound dumbells in position. (not that I could but you know) lol.

Thanks everyone for your MD approval! Yes once again MD will be on the front line on hardcore shit and I'm very excited to be a part of it. We will be bringing alot more intensity and some sick ass heavy weight being thrown around. I'm just getting warmed up. I'm currently about 8 weeks out from jr.nats and the MD fans will see how intense and hardcore I get as the show gets closer! I will Attempt 605x3 on the bench on no carbs for 10 weeks at a bodyweight of 230.

This is gonna be good hehe

I have always been strong and I first bench pressed 600 when I was 23 at a body weight of 210. Later that year I was getting ready to do the Nationals and was front squatting and felt a pop in my left shoulder. I tried training through it for a few weeks but it never was the same. I pulled out of the show and after 3 dr's telling me to have surgery or quit lifting, I stopped competing in bbing. However, I never stopped training and always knew I would return to the stage and fulfill my dream to become pro bber. After years of just lifting moderate weight and making sure I warm up very slowly my shoulders are now my strongest body part

I actually think Roller could get One legit full rep with the 200. Just go over to Md and ask him about it hehe =)

6 semi reps are amazing anyway.

o doubt

however

I truly think repping 200's are tehnically almost impossible

people who tried going above 100 know what I'm talking about ...because of the arch motion ( you never press straight up ) it's very diff to ballance even if you have the power

you're probably right.

He is 8 weeks out and usually does the same with the 220's lol.

If it helps them train harder and gives them a rush... oh and also attracts muscular development to cover them... then whats the problem?

The guy is strong, but he is very blocky.I dont know if its his structure, or because he doesnt do full range of motion.I used to do 150lbs bumbeels for 8reps, 3 years ago when I was 290lbs, but I went all the way up all the way down.
The guy is strong as hell but his form and range of motion is awful. He is aonly doing half reps and pumping them out.
He should drop the weight 10 lbs and do full range of motion.
If you train "compact " you look compact..Guys who dont use full range of motion or stretch the muscle why doing each rep tend to look blocky, and more compact. He is very dense and has alot of size, I just doubt his muscle will flow well togetrher onstage.

His range of motion was shit. He's jacked up but you'd think by age 50 you'd be out of that phase.

you'd be as quiet as a church mouse around him if you were there just like everyone else in the gym was.

He's a big guy but honestly you find his range of motion impressive? Btw I'd figure you'd be disrespectful about the marines since you've proved around here what type of "man" you are.
