Kemper keeps about a dozen aluminum 45's and 3 sets of aluminum dumbells in a back room over at Diamond Gym.

The sets of aluminum dumbells?  A pair of 100's, a pair of 160's, and a pair of 200's.....

The guy is strong, but he is very blocky.I dont know if its his structure, or because he doesnt do full range of motion.I used to do 150lbs bumbeels for 8reps, 3 years ago when I was 290lbs, but I went all the way up all the way down.
The guy is strong as hell but his form and range of motion is awful. He is aonly doing half reps and pumping them out.
He should drop the weight 10 lbs and do full range of motion.
If you train "compact " you look compact..Guys who dont use full range of motion or stretch the muscle why doing each rep tend to look blocky, and more compact. He is very dense and has alot of size, I just doubt his muscle will flow well togetrher onstage.

First off

the spotter shoud get credit for at least 20-40 lbs on each dumbell @ 160

the 200's is the biggest joke I've seen

the dude could not rep a full single w/ them mark my words

he had an awfull time even balancing them

don't get me wrong : he is a strong dude

but those are tandem lifts at best

LOL.....these guys never grow up. I wonder if this type of guy would even bother going to the gym if his gear hook up suddenly disappeared....I bet no.
