that's a terrible pose for Jay, always makes his waist look 50 inches and his arms and shoulders look bad in it
he should do the hands clapsed most muscular instead

Yes....he "has it" but cant hit it right...

at one point in his early career he used to hit it right, showing pec striations, traps and delts better...

jay is huge,but that pose makes him look smaller esp in the arms,his fr clasp hands most musc is nuts tho.dex as u all said has a great crab pose ,shawn ray had best ever imo fr hand together pose,i don't recall seeing shawn hit crab shot often.

bad delt/trap tie ins. he doesnt flow in this pose. for some reason i think if there is a lack of the long biceps vein it hurts this pose too.
