I find it fascinating that with all the science and research available to the public these days people still have fierce debates on what's best.

HIT vs. Volume training
High protein vs. moderate
etc
etc
from incomplete data

I think he has bad genetics. He juiced for a while and didn't make too many gains.

I don't think there is a single best training system. I think you just need to experiment and find out what works best for you. I find i really need to workout hard and usually keep my reps 4-8 range by going heavy. I know this has given me the best results, but probably not best for everyone. Also I think whatever system you can stick with an do consistently is key. I've taken too many semesters off from lifting simply because i got sick of it.

Agreed tanning is huge. I'm excited to get started. About to sign up for 3 months of unlimited tanning at la tan for $20 a month. Waiting till right before the billing cycle on the 15th.

Yes it's called break the muscle down, let it recover, let it overcompensate, then train it again.
