Damn shame though Mike. You've been in this game for a long time, and you should not half ass it like this just because there are nobody that tells you nasty shit any more.

mike good delts/arms,back ,only problem u have is ab tightness and lower pecs has that always been trouble spot?

   lotta people have moved here (for awhile at leasts) and done the West Palm (i even found out my boy Matt Kline did this show back in the early 90's)

Came in holding some water. I looked Ok, but John DeFendis had some guys he was training that he got absolutely shredded. I was in the lightheavies weighing about 192 there at about 5'9" and I got 3rd. The guys that beat me in my weightclass were all over 6 ft. DeFendis after the show came up to me and said that if I followed his "program"(his juice cycles, diet and workouts) he could have me winning the Mr. Florida in a year or so. But I ended up not going in another show for about 6 years.

Yea John and his wife Sherry did a lot for me (gave me a job/helped me relocate to Palm Beach Gardens)
not the easiest guy to work for lol................but a good guy

Yeah..he's pretty cool. Back in the 80's, he had a bunch of local guys he'd get ready for the shows. He had them doing like 40 sets a bodypart, low carbs . A lot of his guys would look stringy, but they were incredibly shredded...and they'd win. In 85, I thought I was going to win the middleweights(West Palm show again) and I got beat by some guy over 6 feet weighing 170. It really pissed me off. I got 2nd that year.
