How do you normally train during the offseason, Mikey? Do you lift heavy and do lots of compounds on mostly free weights or do you prefer lighter weights on mostly machines and cables? Or is it a mix of both?
Im hopelessly "Old-School" heavy/free weights (squats/deadlifts,bench,barbell rows,etc etc)
been "pounding" for many years now and have accumulated many injuries (Knees have "worn-thru" the cartilage,back has "spinal stenosis,arthritis etc)
they always tell me ill end up in a wheelchair and not to lift anymore
it's my passion/what i love tho........be lost without it
