Mike, seriously, what are you doing? You don't even look 10 weeks out. You have no cuts. Your face looks like a bloated mess. Why do you always go half ass on your training. Even when you flex, you have no cuts, just "Budweiser" size. You need to not only train harder but you are flat out not doing enough cardio and not sticking to your diet. You have almost no abs. You do this every year. Grow up get a real job. You are not cut out for this. You are dedicated but you just dont train hard enough and you by far do not have the genetics.
I have gotten bigger than you after one gym workout and some Super Pump.
