if its not too personal and too much work I would be curious what your actual leg and chest training consists of? exercises, sets, reps and weights?
n/p ......todays is "legs" actually so
Squats (smith machine/because it's 2 weeks out plus lower back and knees been really bothering me)
don't count sets/reps (we just go until my legs are "quivering") could be 45 mins - hour just on squats
depending on how much we did leg press/or hack squats (or both) then finish with extensions
(we split quads and hams up on seperate days to really blast them)
hams the next day.......not much variety with ham training
chest = incline presses,hammer inclines,flat dumbell presses,incline dumbell flyes,pec-deck,cable crossovers (again i don't count sets reps just go until im spent)
