He looks amazing.  Damn, he brought his waist in really nice.  Hamstrings improved and better leg separation.  If he can loose a bit more off his back, he could win the show.  He may be a lock for top three if he comes in this condition.  Great job, I didn't expect him to look so good.

fighting a war on two fronts didnt seem very clever to me.....


markus looks great, needs to tighten up a little, but he's one of the true freaks left and will blow the audience away....
