today they are showing the lua warriors from the hawaiian islands, those dudes are bad ass in the martial arts, bone breaking locks and spear throwing, actually it just started at 10pm so you can still catch it. its also comin back on at 2am if you missed it tonight. you got to check out this sled called papaholua the warriors used to test thier bravery and will, this sled would go down a mountain of dirt and grass at extreme speeds, its something theyve been doing over 1000 years. its really a great episode guys, tons of great stuff
