Could...... a bit here and there in a controlled manner would be no problem.
props to him for being so strict but that's up to him, personally and as I'm sure you can attest to Tbombz, I like a meat feast now and again.
ta ta
yes, "could". agreed. like i said.
yes i love to eat
Anyone and everyone is able to put on fat as long as they eat enough, including Mr Olympia. I'm not talking about his eating pizza to put on muscle - I'm talking about him subjecting himself to a degree of dietary discipline that is unnecessary. Sure, he needs to stay strict precontest, but are you saying he can't afford to eat pizza once a week or even less frequently during his offseason? He isn't going to wake up fat from eating it once in a while.
If he likes being so super-strict with his diet, that's fine - it's his call. I'm just saying nothing earth shattering is going to happen from eating pizza once in a while during the offseason. Just because you are a bodybuilder doesn't mean that every little bit of what you eat or don't comes down to whether it will help you build muscle or not. What happened to eating for the sake of sensory pleasure?
im not him so i cant attest to his eatign habits or metabolism, but a 190 lb'er like him wold put on a bit of fat from eating a pizza. and he definitely does nto need to eat foods liekt hat in order to be able to grow. so i think he probably views pizza and other fatty foods as unecessary fat gains and probably wants to part in them. at one point i was that way.
if you think jay cutler, victor martinez, kai green, dexter jackson, etc etc...can put on any noticeable amount of body fat .... when the are 300lbs of muscle, loaded up on AAS, GH, slin, t3...... your not in reality. these guy will eat everything and anything they see. i know a pro who does the same, and he is onl 240 or so and doesnt use thyroids.
