there is no need for him to be any leaner.. all he is doing is losing tissue at this point.. he is already lean enough.. how can this guy expect to get any more lean muscle with this diet protocol.. it works for him for being lean yes.. but, you will not see him add much if anymore muscle in the future.. why all the heard work for no real progression..
i see this all the time.. guys look great many weeks out and continue to still try and pull down even further.. by the time they hit the stage they are smaller than need be and just as conditioned as they were 4 weeks out.. silly
