people always said Mr. Levrone's arms and shoulders overpowered his chest

i think flex was the one with that problem, not Mr. Levrone

still an awesome bodybuilder, yeah he was cocky how can you not be cocky when you look that good?

No he was NO Levrone , just 50 times better  ;) 

I believe when asked about Nasser & Levrone , Flex said Nasser was overrated and Kevin was way overrated
