Could be but in that before/after pic there is NO WAY that guy is 8%, you can barely see his abs, and 12% is too low, definitely 15% maybe even 16%.

This is a back shot from 2 weeks ago, probably mid twenties, MAYBE low 20's...you should always overestimate...
