So basically you are trading caffeine for teaine and you think you're on your way to a healthy life?

1) Tea has caffeine too.

2) Coffee has health benefits as well.  A study just came out showing regular consumption prevents colon cancer.

3) Only douchebag losers smoke.

Hope this helps!  :D

if i didnt drink coffee in the morning my whole day is screwed, sleepy. agressive without it, so it becomes addictive, not so beneficial, i needed 3 days to get over it. yesterday slept 16 hours without it.

By weight tea has more caffeine than coffee.

It's just that you don't use as much tea as you do coffee for a cup's worth of beverage.

love this stuff. real easy to deal with... just add water, ice. bingo- perfect greeen tea, (it can be tricky to brew correctly to get the full benefits)

always felt so much better throughout the day when drinking green tea as opposed to coffee.. but had issues with the company I order this from so havent had any in a while. Still love my coffee in the AM.

First: teaine = caffeine

Black tea similar to coffee
green tea, lot less caffeine than coffee
white tea hardly any caffeine

Insomnia, proper green tea does not come in boxes filled with freeze dried powder.

green tea can be found in toko's, oriental shops, health shops.

well, it gets the job done! i dont have time to brew it correctly.... comes out like shit!  I think I'm ADD :(

BTW.. I used to buy this in a health shop. its better than brewing it yourself, as alot of the antioxidants are lost if green tea is brewed too hot, too long, etc. it has to be timed just right.

get the plain sugar free unflavored one though.

I use a water cooker, and a teapot with a drop-in tea sif:

after the water has boiled you let it rest for 5 mins, it'll be around 85 degree centigrade, then let the tea sif into the pot for 2 mins, possibly a bit shorter for a lighter tea. try white tea as well, very relaxing later in the evening. can't see how it could go wrong (except for using too much tea).
