nope. I used to lay out and tan all the time, every spring/ summer, since I was a kid.. gave that up totally about 5 years ago. another reason why I havent been competing, very reluctant to tan, torture my skin. (not getting any younger!!!) protan doesnt cut it on pale skin either, just looks orange. :-\

2.pump 3 times a day
3.hot shower with an extra pump
4.back massage
5.post on getbig
6.hit the gym at some point
