I admire Kai for the success he has attained in bodybuilding. However, his posing routines honestly embarrass the sport. Can you imagine taking your family or friends who don't follow bodybuilding to see this? Simply put, I wouldn't.

Some of his posing is cool, but for godsake standing on your head and provocatively doing the splits...wft?!?! I just wish he would tone it down about 8 notches.
