we all cut back in carbs when we diet. no one can do high carbs while losing fat, unless your genetic freak!
the guy talk about his diet some much, he made it obvious that he was asked to say all that ...............
of course if he had some carbs pre worked out will help him to have a good pump. but high carb
is definitely is not the way to lose fat !

I think placing 15th in 2008 to placing 8th in 2009 is a huge improvement. In addition to that, Eugene Mishin place ahead of some guys that competed in the OLYMPIA... Now he plans to take a year off to make improvement. We'll see what he can do next year...
