2) I do not own a Barret .50 cal riffle - they are illegal in Portugal  I would use the 'Accuracy international' .308 (Remington .308 shells 'FMJ')
& a head shot at 500 meters would be 100% on the money every time - all day long mate 

3) I don't like to rag my 'RS4' that often, & tend to leave it in the garage on wet/winter days.
