wave, can you post a typical day's diet for you?
you posted that you eat junk food all day and I don't understand how. I find it easier to control my calories when I eat clearn, Junk food is very high in calories while being a small portion that I don't understand how you do it
If it's more convenient for you, it's perfectly fine. For me, eating whatever I want (with a few basic restrictions) outweighs the advantage of exact control over daily calories. My experience is good enough that I can maintain a caloric deficit pretty well.
A typical day (on a cut) would be: gulp of sesame or flax oil in the morning, 100g whey protein shake throughout the whole day, chinese buffet for lunch, gulp of fish oil in the evening.
