alexa rankings are garbage because of how they are gathered.
my websites are strictly hobby. I ran sites for a living
from 99 to 05.
also most probally don't have access to server logs but
98% of all net traffic is garbage
as in comment spam bots, virii, email snaggers and other non
human traffic. nearly that amount fo email is spam.
alexa bot is such a joke Ive always eventually banned it from my sites
it's of no benefit to the webmaster
