Like I said I'm waiting for Andy to reply to ask him a question regarding his 600lb bench. Then you'll realize this is a quality thread. If he doesn't well this thread will go down in history as the most worthless thread in all of getbig.

So it's worthless to you that a ProBodybuilder posts a youtube video of him claiming a 600lb bench and then to find out he paid to have fake plates made for him for the shoot? LMAO! Looks legit to me. Strong dude, all the way strong dude. You have to be real string and have hands thick as hell to tear a can in half like that. You can ever hear the plates jingling and the bar bending. Excellent aryan genetics.

Andy Haman won his class and the overall title at the NPC Masters Bodybuilding National Championships, where he earned his bodybuilding pro card! Which makes him an IFBB Pro!

His pro debut was the Europa 2008
