The Ideal Physique And How To Attain It

After much pensive study and observation, I have determined the Ideal Physique for the evolved male of today: A skinny body, with slender legs, a small tight derier, narrow back, long thin neck.  The only muscles which need to be trained are the pecs and biceps.  This is a fabulous look.

To attain this look, one must eat a diet of tuna, chicken, fruits and veggies, whole grains.  A solid hour of steady state cardio six days per week.  And, finally, multiple sets of flat benches and ez-bar curls, three days per week.

Its funny though.. the chest + biceps builders with good low chest and big biceps tend to look like that...

Its funny though.. the chest + biceps builders with good low chest and big biceps tend to look like that...

Strict diet, tons of steady state cardio, crunches, and set after set of benches and curls. 
Do this, and the Summer will very good to you. ;)
