obviously november of 2006 in the first picture. i was probably 255+ in that shot and thought i was "swole". right picture was a few days ago at 207 and i'm out-lifting where i was in 2006.

hahaha..I'll give him credit for a huge drop in weight from a chubby truck driver type to decent leanness there.
