The ORIGINAL Dennis Wolf (IAN HARRISON)
« on: May 13, 2009, 12:33:04 PM »
and FAR SUPERIOR Ian Harrison. This guy had it all, but was overlooked along with guys like Charles Clairmonte in the mid 90's. They brought MASS and SYMMETRY to the table, without the BLOATED GUTS...

Dennis Wolfe WISHES he looked as good as Ian did at 26 years old 14 YEARS AGO. Just goes to show JUST how much the sport has taken a million steps backwards since 1999.

His quads were crazy and his back was wide, but he never really filled out his frame enough to get the placings he could have gotten. He looked a bit lanky next to guys like Nasser and Yates.

What was your opinion on 6'0" 250 pounds Charles Clairmonte? Him and Ian were training partners. Charles had some of the best biceps in the business.

Haha he almost had the height for it

What was your opinion on 6'0" 250 pounds Charles Clairmonte? Him and Ian were training partners. Charles had some of the best biceps in the business.

Charles had classic lines and of course, his biceps, but he lacked thickness big time. I thought back then that Ian would eventually overtake Charles cause of his bigger frame, younger age and freaky size. But they both just faded away from the scene. FLEX magazine used to hype them both up probably because Peter McGough had a soft spot for Brits, but after 96 / 97, they both literally dropped out of the map altogether.

And Wolf is actually a tier or two above Ian, cause Ian never placed high or won any major competition, whereas Wolf has been in the top 6 of the Olympia, has a better structure and looks more promising.

His arms are only small relative to the rest.

His arms are BIG. The rest of his body is HUGE.
