Would you ever choose between weightlifting and a girl? Never! I love working out. It's the only peaceful hour and a half that I get when I can plug in some tunes and unwind and not think about a thing except for the mind muscle connection

why would a girl want you to stop lifting, its another story if you follow the straight out of the flex book bodybuilding lifestyle which is offcourse not nescesary and obsessive certainly as a natural.
why eat xxxx eggs a days when you can also take a few shakes.. like the fucking quality of it matters, most are blessed with shit genetics anyway.
