Imagine if all drugs were taken from the pro's,

Only protein powder, creatine, legal OTC stuff/no prohormones remain

Who would have a good chance of winning the O clean?

Which pro has the best genetics for this?

a bunch of 155-175 lbs'ers on stage and not in a very good condition

Actually, he's right. Sev is the biggest attention whore ever but when he calls BS on so called natties and when discussing diet, at least he's not delusional like most are here. Some guys with great genetics can reach around 190 pounds at 5'10-11 at a decent BF (probably around 10). But forget the whole natural 220 pounds at 5,5%.
