i always say this....

one bodypart you dont want to big is delts
that guy wheeler is training... delts waaaaay to big for his arms so they make his arms look "small"
a la markusrhul.. nasser ..and of late jay is heading down that route

question: can extending the arm all the way down work the lower biceps.. i always thought wherever you bi's insert thats it you cant make it longer... ok might try that just to test the theory

any body.. with any opinions on the full stretch theory...
ive read conflicting veiws on that. in one article i read by mike matazzaro he says it dangerous to fully extend... and that position leaves you prone for injury... but Ive never tried it wheelers way so Im curious. my arms need to  be way thicker to match  my chest (i think) so im open to exploring any avenue in regard to excersises..besides your arms can never be too big

your right, you cant change where the biceps insert. but by thickening up the lowest potion of your bicep, it will help create the illsuion that they insert lower than they actually do.

TRUE,,,mine are short which gives peakish look but in short sleeve say tshirt they make it tough to look big.i do more brachialis/upper forearm work,preacher stuff,hammers,just keep going i guess roll the dice.

exactly.. his tris flared out from his delts..

but regarding inserts.. flex bis didnt come all the way do but they sure throw the illusion that they do
.. my bis are very peaked  they come down far but not all the way down.. which is cool because it gives accentuates the peaks even more...
