oh these rascals, always fighting
Have you ever done HST wave?
yes, worked great for strength
Yeah, I am finding that the strength losses I experienced with this shitty split I had been doing are going away and my old strength levels are coming back. I think I am done with traditional splits. Waste of time.
I'd have to say it is one of my favourite training styles and have had good experiences with it.What are your takes?
Badabingbangboom.
maybe you should train with this style and come back when u have one muscle gained
x2What my fellow tall bro Johnny Falcon just saidDo not question us, and stop making threads about it every 5 seconds
It's not that different from powerlifting protocols. In my earlier years I did some PL plans since my first training partner was a PL.
Its the simplest form of periodization. Probably not as good for hypetrophy for advanced trainees since advanced trainees typically respond better to high volume.
Aren't you generalising here?
yes i used the word 'typical', not generalising at all Deicide, Im just giving u a hard time
I was just interested. If you go by HIT theories, the more advanced you get, the less volume you need.
Garbage. HIT is religion, not science.
So, what do you think is the best system?
too general a question. too many factors to consider including individual physiological response to training stimulus. IMO, the best training is something you enjoy and can make progress on. Many routines work, so pick the one you like.
wise man
Exactly.
It's pretty scary how much you agree lately.
