WLDP= high protein, caloric deficit, enough nutrients. Why can't you drop weight this way? Wavelength's results speak for themselves as I said.

He is doing EXACLTY the same Bullshit as TA now, posting pics of unhealthy meals and claiming he eats all of those on a daily basis, only eating what he wants etc...

Same with TA, later it's all rowing backwards claiming "i only said healthy diet high protein bla bla bla."

All i'm saying is that you overdid it a bit, you come across like you eat sweets, pies and chinese buffet all day long when in fact your "diet" is ONE MEAL per day.

I don't know what you're talking about, I always came perfectly clear about my diet. Caloric restriction is essential.

Sure you can't get fat on this, because even if you managed to eat 3000kcal in one sitting, you can easily burn that off because your body starves all day. No offense, but somehow your diet rather reminds me of Nicole Richie than Arnold Schwarzenegger.

If I ate 3000kcals in that one meal, I would gain the exact same amount of weight than I would if I spread the meals out. My body does not starve all day, I drink protein during the day. What my diet reminds you of is completely irrelevant. The diet is optimal for body composition plus it's the most convenient diet for me.

Bro science is just as prevalent when it comes to health as it is when it comes to bodybuilding. But I agree that more restrictions might be necessary if your goal is optimal health. I posted this pic mainly as a joke response regarding muslim food restrictions (beer, pork). :)

For me it's been important to keep track of calories, since this is my first real effort to go the all the way. There's WLDP and MWLDP, MWLDP is the best approach. I would never eat McDonalds just because I think it is disgusting...as an example.

i'm sorry, but i have done "MWLDP" long enough to know it sucks when it comes to your overall wellbeing. If you want to lose weight, you can do a lot of stuff. Here's a tip, try drinking only protein shakes for a time, you'll lose weight very fast, but you will feel and look like shit.
There's a big difference between dieting down to be ripped and dieting down wihtout losing a lot of muscle as well.

This makes no sense. If a person weighing 80kg drinking 150 grams of protein via shakes and covers say 30-50 grams through solid food, how will this lead to accelerated loss of muscle? Protein requirements are totally covered. Why would you lose more muscle doing this than eating chicken breasts?

i didn't mean the two lines in a direct connection, sorry.

you can get fat drinking only protein shakes if you like. All i say is it's not a good diet. sure it may work for fatloss or muscle gains, but drinking ONE shake in the morning and one binge meal in the evening like WL has claimed before will most likely lead to "Johnnynoname"-i-look-like-i-have-AIDS-ripped.

Fasters took nothing but water and a protein drink. Sadly, several people died. Protein digestion during the fasting state created an overload of urea and the blood become acidic. In this condition, the organs become more damaged instead of healing....this is why you wouldnt want to drink only protien shakes for a time.probably why you would feel like shit to.

You maybe know that it sucks for you. My method is just one possible method which follows the essential rules. Every bodybuilder diet also falls into that category.

My point is not to lose weight and feel like shit but to have optimal body composition and feel great. For the former you need to follow the essential rules, for the latter you need to experiment with the unessential factors until they fit you best. With my current diet, my ratio of fat loss vs. muscle loss was the best I ever had. No idea why this comes up again and again.

You said I could be lying, I said I can provide a complete food log. Kind of funny to say you're not interested after acusing me of lying.
