Lunch at Austrian Restaurant: breaded and deep fried chicken legs, potatoe salad, quark-cherry strudel, diet coke.
Rest of the Day: 100g whey protein shake, a little healthy oil.
2009-05-14:
Lunch at Asian Buffet: sushi, peppered coleslaw, tofu with beef and veggies, wings, deep fried veggies, fried noodles, fried potatoes, deep fried chicken, mango and coconut pudding, lychees, diet coke, plum wine.
Rest of the Day: 100g whey protein shake, some EFA oil.
