alot of people use shitty form on bent over rows. either alot of swing/momentum or allmost standing straight doing short reps.
your back blocks out quite a large portion of the southwestern sunlight yourself, Arizona Ass Kicker.
you'll know it's heavy after you herniate a couple of discs.,and only than will you know your a man.

How Heavy Is Heavy For Bent Over Barbell Rows?
in which style....in which speed....? When 10 people doing bent over barbell rows, they will be doing it in 7-8 different ways...the more upright i stand, the more momentum/speed i use the heavier are they weights which can be used.i like to do the t-Bar rows lying on a support bench.....i did 27 reps with 155 kg....and 14 with 180 kg last time (few weeks ago)
