My old back workout begqn with bent overs as follows:

135 x 20reps
225 x  15-20 reps
315 x 10-12 reps
405 x 4-5 reps

alot of people use shitty form on bent over rows. either alot of swing/momentum or allmost standing straight doing short reps.

I remember a video with Nasser. He was supposed to do bent over rows but it looked more like reverse grip shrugs lol

Did Arnold ever go heavier than 3 plates a side? With the back parallel to the ground form. If not then that's heavy enough.  ;D

in which style....in which speed....?   When 10 people doing bent over barbell rows, they will be doing it in 7-8 different ways...

the more upright i stand, the more momentum/speed i use the heavier are they weights which can be used.

i like to do the t-Bar rows lying on a support bench.....i did 27 reps with 155 kg....and 14 with 180 kg last time (few weeks ago)
