Heavy is different for everyone.

What might be heavy for me might not be so heavy for you.

as long as you're hitting your back with controlled reps.........it's all good 8)

225 is the perfect weight for me. 12 clean reps for me. Used to play hero but really hurt my elbow bad in the process. I'm another victim of Ronnies "The Unbelieveable". That video sure made me feel strong.
Its absolutely amazing how ronnie makes doing bent rows with 5 plates a side light and easy.

in which style....in which speed....?   When 10 people doing bent over barbell rows, they will be doing it in 7-8 different ways...

the more upright i stand, the more momentum/speed i use the heavier are they weights which can be used.

i like to do the t-Bar rows lying on a support bench.....i did 27 reps with 155 kg....and 14 with 180 kg last time (few weeks ago)

exactly, real row means chest parallel to the floor and no leg or back movement.
i doubt the "so called hardcore rower" can do reps with 300 in this style.

Rumor has it that NASA pays Dan a handsome salary in exchange for his agreeing to headbutt any Texas-sized or bigger meteor / asteroid that falls into Earth from outer space, so it will be completely pulverized into mere sand.

impossiblinsky, Dan's forehead is far too big to be headbutting meteors.
