yeah, you're lean and look decent, but instead of wasting time worrying about five pound of body fat, spend a while just getting bigger and stronger. you can always diet down later. it takes two months to drop 25 pounds of fat and water, two years to put it on in muscle. think about it.

My goal for this year is to bulk until April 2010.  So hopefully there will be some changes next year.

Well, everyone has his own way in doing the poses.  However, I do agree with you that I need to change the way I hit side chest with. 

I will post new picture soon while doing a side chest pose with different method..
