uhhh thats highly subjective. Not many 32 year old guys inthe nba who would be considered "prime"

by then their legs have logged so much mileage. I'd say 25-28 is your prime athletically.

I think it depends on the sport when it comes to age and your prime years. look at all the great NBA players in the past that have had MVP seasons past the age of 30. There's been quite a few.

It depends on the sport.  An athlete doesn't reach peak performance at 28.  I don't think we even reach muscle maturity till our 30s.

again, highly subjective.

I think an mlb player's prime could go well in to their 30's than say an nba player whos prime would be mid 20's, because at that age you recover from inuires quicker,more stamina, alertness and overall just being younger=healthier
