Natural test shut down

Anybody have experience (unfortunately) with permanently shutting down their own test production?  Though I just did a PCT cycle after a 10 week run, I'm not sure it was effective.  In fact, it's 8 weeks out and I'm having major muscle and joint pain.  At first I thought it was virus related, but now I'm not so sure.  Even the libido is off. 
Any feedback or advice would be appreciated!

One ten week cycle will not shut you down permanetly, run another pct and give it some time. You played and now you have to pay. Libido will come back.

I didn't think about another PCT...I thought there was a 2-3 week window post cycle and that was it.

give it some more time. give your body a couple of months to restore it's hormonal balance.
and don't stress about your libido, remember that libido is physiological and physical.

was letro included in you pct?

It took me 6 mos + to completely clean out and get my system back in order.  Some of you guys really dismiss the affect these drugs have on the hormonal system.  Some drugs the metabolites last for months at a time and yes the metabolites can still have an affect on your system depending on the level.

Thanks for the feedback.  What is interesting to me this round is the intensity of the muscle fatigue.  I've experienced post cycle weakness like everyone else, but this time it's pretty severe. A lot of aching.  Hence, I was thinking that maybe I shut myself down completely.  Not so sure how to get my natural test going again, particularly since I did 2 weeks of PCT.

I'd get some MHP Tbomb2 to hold you over and help keep your gains and increase your health while your system comes back online.

An oldie but goodie is Tribulus. It never really gets its due respect, but its one of the few OTC supplements that really does seem to enhance libido.

read few cases in medical archive where test never come back, very rare but possible, even with hgc or clomid no response. :o

Don't panic.  It takes me 3 to 4 months to regain any libido whatsoever, and 4 months to shake just plain feeling like crap when I come off.  I'm 45 years old and I typically run one cycle each year, for 6 months, and then take 6 months off.  I have had, after my last 2 cycles, success with Animal Stak starting 4 weeks after the cycle.  Seemed to take about a month off of the duration of symptoms of suppression.  Key questions here:

What was your cycle?
What was your PCT?
Did you use hcg?  If so, during, or after?
How old are you? 
How many cycles have you done before?   



Hardest part for me is handling my wife.  When I am on (which I am now), I want and need sex every day.  About 3-4 weeks after coming off, I literally could go 2 straight months without so much as a single hard-on.

How long have you been married?  Is she ok with that?  Many women would be happy about that after years of marriage.

   Hey Doc,
  Do you find that the HCG during cycle helps to mitagate the effects ? Speed the recovery? I'm on now as well and have been with 300iu's 2x/wk the entire time, the boys are hangin' nicely and all seems well...

this is why i don;t believe in long cycles... more shut down.


10-12 week cycles, 2 a year is my max... and I do not feel shut down at all.

Yeah...that 2-3 week window is only to make sure you don't loose the muscle you gained while on cycle....thats not the time frame you have to save you hormonal system.

Cause once the steroids are out of your system when you stop....and your natural production is shut down....you could have 0 test, and high estrogen...causing you to lose all the muscle you gained...thats why they say to start pct quicly in the first 2-3 weeks to jump start natural test...so you dont loose all you're muscle you gained.

Herbal test boosters will make a difference in this case. For someone who's in normal ranges, it makes a marginal difference and generally isn't worth the money. For someone who's way below baseline (see: ZILCH) then I think it makes a difference. Whether it's placebo or not, your woman will thank you for not soft dicking her.

I've also had to run PCT a second time because natural recovery was taking place too slowly. I was functioning but not performing like a stallion. :D
