Does White House benefit from a weak House Speaker?

She lied, got caught.  Accused the CIA of lying.  Has no credibility.  Olbermann is tearing her to shreds alongside Hannity tonight.

Does this make Obama stronger?  If congress and the white house don't see eye to eye... and the congress' leader is caught up in drama, she's not all that effective, right?
