short biceps, but huge bicep peaks
lack in tricep thickness especially from the side
wanting abdominals
huge thighs
huge backs, low lat insertion
ripped glutes and hams
huge nostrils

Differences:
Ronnies chest much thicker
Kai's thighs more ripped
Kai has better calves

ronnie's arms are much more freaky but the grapefruit penetrator has much better abs. and chest.

the grapefruit violator also has much less definition in the biceps, but has a great peak.

the grapefruit poker also has freaker striations in the outer quads, while ronnie does not, but has deep seperation between the musclegroups.

I actually like Kai's mm better than Ronnie in those two particular pictures...I believe that was Kai at the Colorado Pro 2 years ago where he got first...that was before he put on a bunch of muscle

I like how you just BLUF it...Bottom Line Up Front... however I was looking for more observations between the two than conclusions...obviously Ronnie reigns but Kai is no slouch and if he wins an Olympia or two you can put him in the arguement

kai is a blocky african samurai. His physique doesnt deserve mentioning in the same context with coleman. It's that serious.

Chest, Biceps definition, Back Thickness.

Kai bests Ronnie in:
Better and more pleasing shape, condition, Abs + smaller waist line, Triceps, Full Lower Lats and the WHOLE LOWER BODY!!

If Kai can bring up his chest, he will look more complete than Ronnie was (at once)
