Not on the same planet did someone say kai has better tris than Coleman $:-\$ coleman tris were some of the biggest they were prscticslly falling off the back of his elbow the 3heads just wasn't as prounounced as some other bbers watch his DVDs cod and unbelivable his arm looks like a full circle even when relaxed and from some angles bigger than his head

Kai is a freak, however he is nowhere near the level of Ronnie Coleman yet. I'd say Kaia's quads are compare well and his back, but that's about it. Kai would be out-massed standing next to Ronnie.

you realize that from these pictures ronnies hams are much more defined and seperated right, in the side shots. Not to mention his legs would be much larger then kais is the comparison was to scale.

ronnie legs are more detailed then kais, kai has striations, but you can see all four heads in ronnies quads along with deeper seperation, and the cuts start more proximal then kais. sorry i couldnt think of a word, fuck off

ronnie and kai should never be mentioned in the same sentence, ronnie is the greatest bodybuilder ever, his work ethic, morals and strength are on another level.

kai fucks grapefruit, poses for schmoes, g4p, has a narrow back and enormous gut - that is growing with every show.

In short he is an abomination.

this was originally supposed to be a comparison thread...but since everyone bashed on Kai I decided to take his defense...now that he is an Arnold Classic champion he CAN be compared to Ronnie, just like Levrone, Ray, Nasser and other greats have been compared.

notice how I dont post pics of a Kai Greene at his best against an out of shape Ronnie... Ronnie is at his best in these pics and so is Kai...to me it doesnt seem like Ronnie is blowing Kai away
