thanks, no one. wave, i dunno what my % is, but i do have a good amount of loose skin from my heavier days so it's going to make me always look a bit saggier than i am, but so what? i look decent enough, can run a mile in about six and a half minutes and lifts aren't too bad considering the weight loss. once i finish this week off i'm sure things will be back to where they should be.
i ain't the leanest or the biggest on here but i'm in the best shape of my life, so what the hell do i care how it compares to anyone else, right?
