I know someone who does fresh juice fasts 4 times a year, this person is in excellent shape and has skin like a baby.

Very interesting, I would really like to try a cleansing method but thre are too many and im a bit confused.

Same here, I think the person I know stops sugar and meats etc... a few days before the fast and uses fresh juices.  I need to read more.

Cleansing, and in the same sentence detox, is bullshit, latest hype to market expensive citrus and herbal drinks. The body is perfectly capable of 'cleansing' itself under all but the most extreme circumstances.
